While the whole world has been suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic, we are grateful that everyone is still maintaining their healthy and safety, even staying concentrated on our own professional fields, trying to excel for the best. What a privilege and bless!
In the second half of the 2021, it’s show time for the most important event in our society, the TSAPS International Annual Meeting. This year, the meeting will take place in Taipei, from October 2nd to October 3rd. It will certainly be a good opportunity for those who are creative, successful in scientific research, and are ambitious to learn or spread knowledge to come and share at this grand academic event.
The theme of this year’s meeting is surely very far-sighted, “Mastering Essential Surgical Skills and Auxiliary Procedures - We Excel! We Lead! and We pride!’’ In order to diversify and enrich our professional fields, in the past years, our society has been dedicated to cross-disciplinary collaborations. This year, we also invite many experts from different specialties to share their experiences with us. We believe only with an open heart can we keep challenging traditions with new innovations, keep moving forward, and reach a higher level of surgical performance. And that will lead to our ultimate goal, and the responsibility of being a plastic surgeon- an even safer, better surgical environment for the patients.
