Model Case Background
A 25 years old young girl has lost a little breast profile accompanied with her body weight loss 6 kg in the past 1 year. She is not married, not child-birth and no more body weight loss.
 
She consulted with me for breast augmentation. No fat or filler injection had ever done. Never breast augmentation with any implant had been tried. So called “ fresh breast augmentation”. Even though very good breast envelope with adequate breast tissue, she wants to obtain very big change of her breast. For fear of the tight skin tension after implantation and her dislike of after- care breast massage, we decide to use MOTIVA breast implants for this operation.
